If you've exhibited in India's automotive sector before, you probably know it as Auto Expo Components. For 2027, it's officially Bharat Mobility 2027 – The Component Show, one of several concurrent shows under the Bharat Mobility Global Expo umbrella. Same audience, same purpose, new name and, notably, a new venue.
1. It's part of Bharat Mobility Global Expo, not a standalone show
Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027 runs six co-located shows across two venues: the Auto Expo Motor Show, India International Tyre Show, Bharat Battery Show, India Cycle Show and the Mobility Tech and Steel pavilions at Bharat Mandapam, and Bharat Mobility 2027 – The Component Show alongside Bharat Construction Equipment Expo, Air Mobility Expo, Agri Mobility & Technology Expo and Metro & Urban Mass Transit Expo at Yashobhoomi. It's organized jointly by ACMA, SIAM and CII.
2. Who actually exhibits here
Component manufacturers, auto electronics companies, accessories suppliers, garage and workshop equipment makers, and oil and lubricant brands. It's a B2B, trade-buyer-facing show built around parts and technology rather than the consumer-facing vehicle displays at the Motor Show next door.
3. The venue is different, and that matters
Bharat Mobility 2027 – The Component Show runs at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre in Dwarka, a newer venue than Bharat Mandapam where the Motor Show takes place. Move-in logistics, dock access and hall layout are specific to Yashobhoomi. A fabricator who's only ever worked at Bharat Mandapam is not automatically prepared for this venue.
4. Why the compressed four-day window changes planning
The show runs February 4 to 7, 2027, four days against the Motor Show's six. That's a shorter runway for move-in and teardown, and it means booth planning conversations need to start earlier, not later, to protect enough setup time before doors open.
5. How it's different from the Auto Expo Motor Show
The Motor Show is built for vehicle reveals and consumer-facing displays, often with public attendance days. Bharat Mobility 2027 – The Component Show is trade-only, focused on parts, technology and B2B buyer meetings. The booth brief for one rarely transfers cleanly to the other.
Same industry, same fortnight, same city, different show entirely. Treating it as a smaller version of the Motor Show is where most first-time exhibitors misjudge their booth brief.
Before you exhibit
- Confirm which venue your stand is actually allocated to, Bharat Mandapam or Yashobhoomi.
- Brief your fabricator on the compressed four-day window early.
- Plan for product security and display fixtures suited to components, not vehicles.
- Set aside dedicated space for trade buyer meetings, not just product display.
- Confirm your booth vendor has specific experience at Yashobhoomi, not just Bharat Mandapam.
